Your discount code can be entered into the 'discount code' box underneath your cart items on the left side of the page before the Paypal process.
Once we take your package to the post office, we will change your order status to 'Complete' and you will receive an email alerting you that your order is completed. It should take on average three days to get to your doorstep.
If your order status has been put 'On Hold', this means that we are waiting on at least one item in your order to ship out your package. If there is a variation (different color, flavor) of your order in stock, we will reach out to you and see if you're interested in switching out to receive your order quickly.
