While the usage of hemp products for pets dates back much further, only recently have CBD products become easily attainable and in a wide variety. You can find beg-worthy CBD biscuits, chews, and oils – all for our most loyal companions!
Is CBD safe for dogs?
Research demonstrating the effectiveness of CBD in dogs is still slim, but studies from Colorado State University and Cornell University have both been published in recent years with overall positive results. One of these studies successfully attempted to demonstrate the safety of CBD use in cats and dogs. The other study demonstrated positive results in treating dogs suffering from osteoarthritis.
While these results are extremely promising, it is always best to consult with your vet before trying any CBD products with your pet.
Why should I try CBD with my dog?

Capsules
If your dog has no issues with swallowing pills, capsules are an excellent way to deliver your dog’s CBD dose. If needed, they can also be wrapped in a dog pill wrap (like Pill Pockets), or hidden in another treat your dog is unlikely to question!
